Two Oceans Ultra Marathon Training Week 1.1 :: Vegan Burgers

My first week of the new training plan and it’s all around the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon coming up on the 31 March 2018.
I’ve had to jump start 4 weeks into the plan already and the first session was harder than I though because it’s the last tempo Tuesday Tempo session. Next week it’s something different.

Also made some vegan burgers and it turned out amazing!
